El proceso empieza cuando nos envías:
With this information, the mentoring coordinator will contact you to plan the next steps.
El Proceso
Desde el primer contacto hasta el informe final, te acompañamos en cada paso
Step 1
You must present an executive summary of your proposal and a business model analysis using the Business Model Canvas. You will have 15 calendar days to prepare and send this documentation.
Step 2
When we receive your documentation, the CIB Mentoring Committee will analyze your proposal. In this phase, we will assess:
From here, initial feedback will be generated, which will be shared with you in a face-to-face or virtual meeting (within 15 days of receipt).
If the committee considers that your project has potential, we will advance to the mentoring phase. If the proposal needs improvement, you will have a second option to adjust it and resubmit it.
Step 3
If your project passes the committee review, you will be assigned a specialized mentor. From there, joint work begins.
Step 4
The mentoring consists of three 60-minute work sessions, which can be done face-to-face or virtually, as agreed between you and your mentor.
You present the current status of your idea or project (the mentor will already know the executive summary and Canvas analysis). The idea is validated, and the master lines of the business plan are reviewed. Expectations and work focus are defined. The mentor assigns you a first task to prepare for the next session.
You review the first task together. You adjust the business model, strategy, or operations as needed. The mentor assigns you a second task, which will be key for the final session.
The second task and the global status of your project are analyzed. You identify what you need in the next steps. Subsequently (within 21 days from the date of the third session), the mentor will deliver a Final Mentoring Report with clear recommendations ordered by topics.
Integral Development
These areas will allow you to structure your project in a professional, realistic, and well-founded manner.
