The CIB Mentoring Service is a personalized professional accompaniment aimed at supporting students and recent graduates in developing ideas and projects related to restoration, pastry, and gastronomic management.
The mentor helps the student to:
The process is based on guided sessions, formalized documentation, and a results-oriented approach.
Our Mission
Enhance and accelerate the professional and personal development of the student.
Transfer real knowledge from the mentor's experience.
Create or expand professional contact networks.
Work on key skills (leadership, communication, conflict resolution).
Reinforce the student's security and confidence through feedback and case analysis.
Foster critical thinking and decision-making.
Help plan and structure the project in the short, medium, and long term.
Offer emotional support in a realistic, safe, and motivating environment.
Methodology
The student sends name, course, e-mail, and a brief description of the project.
The coordinator requests the Executive Summary and Business Model Canvas (deadline: 15 days).
The Committee assesses coherence, viability, maturity, and fit for service (max. 15 days).
Results: Approval to start or second chance to improve.
The coordinator assigns the appropriate mentor and shares all project documentation.
Consists of three 60-minute sessions:
Idea validation, business model, operational strategy, branding, marketing, financial plan, and pre-opening.
Your Role
We seek professionals who comply with the principles of Trust, Commitment, and Confidentiality.
We look for profiles with proven experience in management, pastry, consulting, marketing, or gastronomic finance.
The mentor must provide real vision and educational guidance capacity.
Compensation and conditions are adapted according to the internal agreement of the CIB.
